Description
Update Firecracker to support jailer fixes
Kata can support jailer with firecracker. This allows Kata to further constrain jailer.
To be able to support this we need to update firecracker to a version that includes this change
firecracker-microvm/firecracker#1093
Once we have a firecracker release with this included we can then merge
