#196 landed the Swim 7 captures into canary at docs/design/continue-work-signal-v2/swim-evidence/swim-07/ (SWIM7-RESULTS.md + gateway.log + raw-capture.log). Point §D.2 and §D.3 at the in-tree path so the RFC links to content that lives alongside it in the same merge target, rather than at a separate archival branch. Elliott's chat-capture branch link is retained. No other row changes; silas-likes-to-watch refs still at zero.
