Aligns the German backend terminology for the com_contenthistory component with the rest of Joomla’s UI by using “Version” consistently (per referenced closed PR #3730).
Changes:
- Renamed the component label from “Inhaltsverlauf” to “Versionsverlauf”.
- Updated the component XML description accordingly.
