Summary of Changes
This PR adds the ability to show/hide the parent category when selecting
Group By Subcategories, as in previous weblinks module (before #637) when choosing this option, it only showed the children of the category, and with #637 you could show the parent category, and the children, but with no option to hide the parent, which is not good for backward compatibility in my opinionhere is a break down of the new change in a small video
