Setting to RTC as the old PR was already RTC. Restarted the Travis job as it failed due to an issue in Travis itself. Please note that this can't be merged into 3.4.2 due to language freeze. |

This new PR is replacing #6297 to solve merge conflicts and @SInCE tags. I guess it can be set to RTC.
