Summary

Fixes the restart command to preserve daemon dependency configuration instead of hardcoding an empty array.

Problem

The restart command was hardcoding depends: vec![] when building RunOptions, causing restarted daemons to lose their dependency information. The start command correctly extracts depends from the config.

Solution

Extract and pass the depends field from the daemon configuration, matching the behavior of the start command.

Test plan

  • Restart a daemon with dependencies configured
  • Verify dependencies are still respected after restart

Note

Preserves daemon dependency configuration when restarting.

  • Extracts depends from daemon config in restart.rs and passes it through to RunOptions instead of hardcoding depends: vec![]
  • Aligns restart behavior with start behavior so dependency ordering is respected on restart

The restart command was hardcoding `depends: vec![]` instead of reading
the actual dependency configuration from the daemon config. This caused
restarted daemons to lose their dependency information.

Now properly extracts `depends` from the daemon configuration, matching
the behavior of the start command.
