First draft to add support for Forgejo as mentioned in #6290

Note

Adds first-class support for installing tools from Forgejo releases, aligned with GitHub/GitLab behavior.

New forgejo backend wired into UnifiedGitBackend: version listing, asset resolution (pattern or autodetect), and download/install with lockfile population (URL/checksum)
New src/forgejo.rs module: release/asset APIs with caching, pagination, and auth headers via FORGEJO_TOKEN/MISE_FORGEJO_ENTERPRISE_TOKEN; default API https://codeberg.org/api/v1
Backend plumbing: BackendType::Forgejo, factory routing to unified backend, default web URL derivation, headers selection, and enterprise API handling
Security: skip GitHub attestations/SLSA verification for Forgejo
Docs: add docs/dev-tools/backends/forgejo.md and sidebar/index entries
Tests: e2e/backend/test_forgejo verifies install, platform-specific URLs, and mise.lock checksum/URL generation
