A recent racetest failed because of the
TestRollingWindowAlgorithm.In addition there is opened issue (#3789) for the other test
TestFixedWindowAlgorithmwhich has been temporarily "solved" by skipping the test.This change tries to target both of the tests - remove redundant launched redis server and problematic defer call within a for loop.
