Menu showing issue #6331

Short description of the problem:
When Menu is opened and i swipe swipe from left to right (like trying to open menu) then menu is closing
What behavior are you expecting?
Unsuspected closing menu when swipe from left and menu is opened
Steps to reproduce:
- Swipe from left to toggle open menu
- Swipe from left again when menu is opened
- Menu will close
Both iOS and Android veriosn
insert any relevant code between the above and below backticks
