Update telegraf's dependency on dgrijalva/jwt-go to use a version that fixes CVE-2020-26160. Telegraf still has other dependencies that use vulnerable jwt-go, particularly through Azure/go-autorest, but they claim not to be affected by the issue. See Azure/go-autorest#568
