  1. chore(deps): Update Flox dependencies and use semantic versioning ranges 

    Update dependency versions:
- claude-code: 2.0.30 → 2.0.37
- go: 1.25.2 → 1.25.3
- golangci-lint: 2.6.0 → 2.6.1

Change version specifications from pinned versions to caret (^) ranges for better semantic versioning compatibility and automatic patch updates.
