After updating a Tailwind minor version, table headers in prose classes are now centered instead of left aligned. Needs to be put in the changelog

Halting as the Tailwind change seems to be unintended. See tailwindlabs/tailwindcss-typography#346

Upstream patch is confirmed to work. tailwindlabs/tailwindcss-typography#346

Hopefully it will get merged soon, otherwise we'll have to put a patch in HydeFront.
