This PR updates all related packages for improved hardware support for the
RPI-RF-MOD,HM-MOD-RPI-PCBandHmIP-RFUSBfor HomeMatic/homematicIP communication hardware by eQ3/ELV.This PR should be flagged with label
REL-8(which does not exist yet), thus merged into the next maintenance 8.x release.
