This PR is a part of a long term plan to refactor the implementation of matrix multiplication schedule templates in Hidet.
We hope to use the same schedule template to support different data types (e.g., fp32, fp16, int8, ...) and whether to transpose A and B or not.
There will be another schedule template that uses tensor core. Will be added later.
Some minor changes:
rule_based_simplifier.
