As described in gRFC A41. Passing interop test job:
Known issue: when comparing Listeners, if the contents of the RBAC filter are reordered, they are considered different even if they are equivalent.
I also made a small change to the
Metadataclass: now, metadata keys that start with a colon can be added, but they will be omitted when sending headers.
