Similar to grpc#41941, this test job has frequently been failing with timeout errors, and when it passes, it gets close to the timeout. Extending Kokoro timeout by 15 more minutes: - `grpc/core/master/macos/grpc_bazel_c_cpp_opt` - `grpc/core/master/macos/grpc_bazel_c_cpp_dbg` This was done recently in #41942, and jobs are still teetering on the edge of timing out.
