…_flags.sh (grpc#41631) The latest glinux release (g++ 15.2.0) broke `tools/codegen/core/generate_trace_flags.sh` in development environment (doesn't affect CI). Also updated `tools/buildgen/extract_metadata_from_bazel_xml.py` so it can recognize `integrity` field in `http_archive` rules.
