Add the ability to remove ingress/egress policies from fwaas_v2 groups #2622

Hi!
Clearing FWaaS_v2 groups ingress_firewall_policy and egress_firewall_policy is not possible.
Because of UUID validator, you can't use an empty string. Because of updateOpts has omitpemty parameter, setting nil is useless.
