Code Review

This pull request introduces minor documentation updates. One change updates the product name from 'Toolbox' to 'MCP Toolbox' for consistency, and another improves formatting by moving a note into a dedicated notice block. My review points out a resulting inconsistency with a linked document that still uses the old name. Addressing this would improve documentation consistency.
