Summary of ChangesHello @Yuan325, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed! This pull request implements a significant architectural change by decoupling the configuration and management of data sources from the tools that utilize them. Code Review
This pull request successfully decouples tools from their source configurations by moving the source retrieval logic from the Initialize method to the Invoke method. This is a good architectural improvement. However, a critical issue is the removal of unit tests for the Invoke method in several files. These tests must be reinstated and updated to reflect the changes. Additionally, there's an opportunity to reduce code duplication by creating a helper function for the repeated source retrieval logic.
