Hi @vga91 Thank you for opening this PR! Can you please restructure this PR to be similar to how the other samples are?

  1. add a _index.md that consist of just the header (ref: https://github.com/googleapis/genai-toolbox/blob/main/docs/en/samples/alloydb/_index.md?plain=1)
  2. move the existing code to a separate mcp_quickstart.md (ref: https://github.com/googleapis/genai-toolbox/blob/main/docs/en/samples/alloydb/mcp_quickstart.md)
  3. Please make sure that all the links are working.
  4. Please make sure the formatting of the doc is correct. I found some missing number or extra \+ symbol around the doc. Please test the code locally. For steps on how to run a local hugo server, check this out: https://github.com/googleapis/genai-toolbox/blob/main/DEVELOPER.md#developing-documentation

Also, i'm not sure if an issue is required, since is a documentation PR and other ones has been merged without a related issue.
