Also does the following things:
1. Throws exception during getText() if the response did not end
   normally.
2. Throws exception in a chatSession if the last reponse did not finish
   normally.

Allow made the following changes
1. Returns unmodifiable history and allow history to be changed with
   getHistory()
2. Don't block getHistory() forever if the last round ends with abnormal
   response.

* fix the prod endpoint
