Turns out renaming the options was the main remaining thing in #1217 because YAML witnesses don't contain the SV-COMP verdict.
The only other significant change here is that GraphML witness generation is disabled by default (in SV-COMP mode). It's possible to use SV-COMP mode with either witness generation, with both, or without either.
