Describe the bug
When modifying an existing signing certificate for a SAML provider (Edit > Advanced. protocol settings > Signing certificates > Select a new one), then saving it, and attempting to download it with "Download Signing Certificate", the old certificate is downloaded instead of the updated one. To download the correct certificat, refresh the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

0. Prereq: SAML Provider
1. From the authentik Admin interface, navigate to Applications > Providers > Your provider and click Edit.
2. Under Advanced protocol settings, update the value of Signing certificate to another available certificate.
3. Click Save and attempt to download the certificate using Download.
4. Notice how the previous certificate is downloaded instead of the updated one

Expected behavior
The state is refreshed and the download URL is for the new certificate
