Describe the bug
I made a stage with the newly released mail authentificator stage and a flow, I bound the stage to the flow and the email MFA doesn't appear in the settings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an Email Authentificator setup stage with the following settings
   

2. Create a flow with the following settings
   

3. Bind the stage to the flow you just created

4. Open the user settings and go to mfa settings

5. Click on enroll, see the email authentificator is not there
   

Expected behavior
Email authentificator should appear in the list of available MFA methods
