Describe the bug
When trying to link your discord-account from the settings-page the flow will succeed but your account won't be linked

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup federation with discord
2. Enroll an account with discord (yes, this will work btw.)
3. Unlink discord in settings
4. Link discord in settings
5. Observe no discord account being linked

Expected behavior
Discord account being linked.
Showing a connection by displaying the "disconnect" button.
Also being able to log in with discord afterwards.

• authentik version: 2024.4.2
• Deployment: docker-compose

Additional context
There is a thread about this issue in the authentik discord from 02.06.2024

Note that when enrolling the account is linked succesfully.
Also note the change in paths from the events-comparsion above.

Seems like the issue was introduced in version 2024.4.2
