Adds a prompt file first-ask-joy.prompt.md that encourages the agent to be thouroughly curious and do reasearch before performing the task. As part of its research it is encouraged to interrogate the human, using the request-human-input tool provided by Joyride. It is similar to boost-prompt, but without the step of creating a prompt.
