In prep for #5815, let's re-organize the exports for node/browser in @sentry/tracing.

There are now 3 main exports from @sentry/tracing:

// has hub extensions side effect
import * as Tracing from '@sentry/tracing';

// no side effect
import { BrowserTracing } from '@sentry/tracing/browser';

// no side effect
import { Prisma } from '@sentry/tracing/node';
