Steps to Reproduce

Start a Spring Boot application with OpenTelemetry agent active and send a request to it.

Expected Result

• HTTP Method column shows the HTTP method of the request in the transaction list.
• Request attributes are shown in the transaction detail view

Actual Result

• Empty column in transaction list
• Formatted request attributes in transaction detail view are missing
