Add support for generating hold invoices using LND and LDK backends.
Would require new NWC methods make_hold_invoice, settle_hold_invoice & cancel_hold_invoice and new notification hold_invoice_accepted to inform the client when the invoice has been accepted and is waiting to be settled or cancelled.
Would need also to add these changes to NIP-47 spec.
