User guide updates because of some new features.
The new tools/functionalities/updates to document are the following:

• timeline and widgets conflicts (related to Fix #3642 Switch between widgets and timeline (2019.01.xx) #3714)
• bbox query parameter (related to BBOX query param #3545)
