Since some new features have been introduced in master and backported to the stable branch, the user guide needs to be updated.

• Widgets collapse/pin tool Parent of Widgets collapse/pin/hide functionalities #3531 - Documented Widgets collapse/pin tool #3700 (already provided in master, verify if backport needed for the stable branch 2019.01.xx). Probably there is something that still needs to be documented for Fix #3642 Switch between widgets and timeline (2019.01.xx) #3714 (both in master and 2019.01.xx, please check)
