switching from english to other language there are any forgotten translation to do

Steps to reproduce

1. when you want to filter using a layer the dropdown menù has this wrong tooltip "open dropdown"
   . This happen for all other languages configured.

2. selecting the layer settings from the TOC, in general, you still have this text in english 'Title translations'
   . this happens for italian language, deutsh language
   and espanol, so need to be correct.
   Not happen for french.

• the text is in the correct language
