These issues are only on c125_annotations branch

1. When you try to edit an annotation and have an empty title (mandatory) and you back no validation is performed. only for save tool is performed.
2. Styler for Text annotation has wrong values for font-style

Steps to reproduce

for point 1

• open existing annotation
• edit that annotation and remove the title
• try to back

for point 2

• open a styler for a text annotation
• check values for font-style

Expected Result

1) you cannot back due to validation
2) the selectable values are italic and normal

Current Result

1) you can back confirming the dialog
2) you can select same values of align (wrong)
