All issues are mainly enhancements or new features. All the involved commits must be performed through an usual PR in master branch only.

New features implemented within this milestone:

• Evolution of the annotation tool (more kind of annotation with the possibility configure their style and SGV support for symbols annotations, possibility to convert measurement to annotation)
• CRS selector that allow to change the CRS of the map on the fly
• Improvements on the Info tool (possibility to hightlight info features, info by given coordinates)
• Improvements to the Search tool (new option menu to allow search by coordinates and custom info services configuration)
• UI tool to manage map backgrounds
• Other minor improvements (like configuration of layer tooltip placement on layer setting section)
