Like in MapStore1, the possibility to have the geocoder tool against WFS

Acceptance Criteria - AC

• Add a new filter type in which the user can select a feature of a preconfigured WFS layer and use the retrieved geometry for the spatial filter
• Add the possibility to have multiple WFS layer selections in filter type
• Selecting the WFS layer as a filter type then the user can select the feature of that layer using a provided dropdown with WFS search on typing.
