Issue 1: anonymous user (also present on 2025.01.01)

• login as admin
• Open a map/dash/geostory with view permission for anonymous user
• Logout
  Current Result
  The Delete button is visible on the top bar
  Expected Result
  The Delete button is not visible on the top bar
• click on Properties panel
  Current Result
• The Edit properties panel is present and it is possibile to modify the properties
• The Permissions tab is visible
  Expected Result
• The Edit properties panel is present but it is not possibile to modify the properties
• The Permissions tab is not visible

Issue 2: anonymous user

• Open mapstore
• Open a map/dash/geostory with view permission for anonymous user
• Click on Properties panel
  Current Result
  The Edit properties panel is present and it is possibile to modify the properties
  Expected Result
  The Edit properties panel is present but it is not possibile to modify the properties

Issue 3: normal user (also present on 2025.01.01)

• login as admin
• Open a map/dash/geostory with view permission for normal user
• Logout
• login as user
  Current Result
  The Delete, Save buttons are visible on the top bar
  Expected Result
  The Delete, Save buttons are not visible on the top bar
• click on Properties panel
  Current Result
  The Permissions tab is visible
  Expected Result
  The Permissions tab is not visible
