Description

1. Currently, if a layer—such as a TMS layer—uses the attribution field instead of credits, the copyright information is not included in the print output.
2. If multiple layers have the same credits field, it is displayed multiple times in the print output.

How to reproduce

1. Select a layer that contains the attribution field but not the credits field.
2. Select multiple layers that have the same credits.
3. Print the map.

Expected Result

1. Copyright information from the attribution field should be printed.
2. Duplicate copyright entries should be printed only once.

Current Result

1. Copyright information in the attribution field is not printed.
2. Duplicate copyright entries are printed multiple times.
