Originally I planned to use Shiki like svelte.dev - https://github.com/shikijs/shiki

But Shiki is excessively slow to use at runtime - as in 40-50x slower or worse - making it unsuitable for my needs. It's also much heavier.

I forked and modernized Prism instead - #9
