The branch JOSSpaper_noTalready contains a paper.md file that compiles well with the action to build the paper. Some changes were needed (e.g. the ```{r ...} block do not play well in normal markdown).
Therefore, it probably makes more sense to simply drop the *Rmd file here, as otherwise we need to reapply to the paper.md the changes in #37
