Description

Every few months we need to update the DB and base weights based on the latest data stored on-chain. It's been around a year that we updated those and need to more accurate estimates.

Acceptence Criterea

• Run the DB weights and open a PR with the latest calculated weights
• Recheck all the weight assumptions.
