When I fill in any other value than the default 0 in the Italic Angle field of a source, the value is reset to 0 after I close and reopen Fontra. Setting it does not appear to change any value on disk when using the .designspace format. With the .fontra format it does appear in font-data.json.

Exported OTF's exported after setting the value in one or all sources have the italicAngle in the post table set to the default 0.0 as well, although I'm not sure what the expected behaviour here should be for a variable font with multiple sources — the exported font only has one post table right?

I understood this value to be potentially useful for things like setting the caret slant correctly in editors. Are there other prerequisites for using it?
