Fixes #3084. I deleted Adobe-Identity-0.cidmap. If the ROS is Adobe-Identity-0 and the CID map is missing, which will happen by default now, FontForge will skip the dialog box asking the user to browse for it and fall back to 'cmap'. If the user puts Adobe-Identity-0.cidmap in the right directory, FontForge will still use it.
