    Removes the following packages, and their repo-level metadata:
- flutter_template_images
- multicast_dns
- mustache_template
- standard_message_codec

All of these have been moved to flutter/core-packages in flutter/core-packages#18

  4. [shared_preferences] Switch to Kotlin Pigeon (#11661)
