Code Review

This pull request enables Signed Distance Field (SDF) rendering by default for Impeller on macOS by modifying FlutterDartProject to always return YES for enableSDFs. The hello_world_impeller_macos_sdfs devicelab task is simplified to reflect this change, removing manual Info.plist modifications. Additionally, a unit test has been added to FlutterEngineTest.mm to ensure enableSDFs consistently returns YES. I have no feedback to provide.

Instead of hard coding true, would want to just default it to true so it can still be disabled with the FLTEnableSDFs key?

No, I considered that. Every option you keep open has a cost. If someone has a problem, it's a bug to fix and impeller is optional anyways for macos for now, so there is already an escape hatch.
