To ensure the widget tree can be created as a const expression, the EdgeInsets.all() constructor must be explicitly marked as const. Without this, the code will not compile.

- Effective Dart recommends preferring
constfor constant expressions. In this case, it's mandatory for the code to compile because it's part of a larger constant expression. (link)
