…e builds Removes the legacy, unconditional user-facing console warning message "Your app isn't using AndroidX" printed in `gradle.dart` during builds. Since modern Flutter apps use AndroidX by default, this warning is obsolete and regularly causes false triage during unrelated Gradle build failures (e.g. keystore or dependency errors). Retains the underlying telemetry analytics events (`app-using-android-x` and `app-not-using-android-x`) to preserve build tracking metrics. Fixes flutter#54620

This pull request removes the warning message and migration link that prompt users to migrate their apps to AndroidX when they are not using it. This change is reflected in gradle.dart by removing the status logs, and the corresponding unit tests in build_apk_test.dart and build_appbundle_test.dart have been updated to assert that this warning is no longer printed. I have no further feedback to provide as there are no review comments.
