Remove SwitchableGLContext logic from TesterContextGLES, which is not needed now that the tests are not run with multithreading enabled.

Enable some skipped tests in run_tests.py that now pass.

Fixes some tests of #182105

With my first version of this change, the tests were intermittently crashing with system_error was thrown in -fno-exceptions mode with error 22 and message "recursive_mutex lock failed". This would happen after the tests pass, on teardown of the test process.

Adding the ::eglMakeCurrent() call before ::eglDestroyContext() in TesterGLESDelegate's destructor fixes this issue.

Problem Overview

When running Flutter engine tests with the OpenGLES Impeller backend using flutter_tester, an intermittent crash occurred. The crash log indicated a recursive_mutex lock failed within libvk_swiftshader.dylib::std::__fl::recursive_mutex::lock.

Root Cause

The flutter_tester uses ANGLE running on top of SwiftShader to emulate OpenGLES. SwiftShader employs LLVM in background worker threads to compile shaders asynchronously. During shutdown, the main thread exits using standard exit() or completion, which invokes __cxa_finalize_ranges to destroy global static variables.

However, because the EGL context was still "current" (bound to the thread), eglDestroyContext deferred destruction. This resulted in SwiftShader worker threads continuing execution while global state (such as static mutexes used by LLVM) was destroyed by the main thread. A worker thread attempting to lock a deleted static recursive_mutex would thus cause a system abort.
