This pull request removes unused optional parameters from several functions, simplifying their signatures by hardcoding the former default values. The changes in chrome.dart, image_format_detector_test.dart, and view_focus_binding_test.dart are straightforward cleanups. I have one suggestion to improve adherence to the Dart style guide.

Work towards dart-lang/sdk#47839 and dart-lang/sdk#62767 The lint rule will start reporting these unused parameters. These are parameters for which no arguments are ever given, so they are dead code.
