Fixes an issue where vertical segments used intrinsic width instead of expanding to fill the parent's bounded width, resulting in narrow tap targets.

Code Review

This pull request fixes an issue where vertical SegmentedButtons did not fill the available width when under bounded constraints. The change correctly adjusts the maxWidth of the segments in _RenderSegmentedButton to use the parent's maxWidth when available. A new widget test is added to verify this behavior. The fix appears correct and the test covers the scenario well. I've left a few minor comments on the new test file regarding comment language consistency.
